The U.S. Freedom Pavilion: Boeing Center is the newest exhibition pavilion at The National World War II Museum.  The U.S. Freedom Pavilion, opening Sunday, will showcase several large artifacts integral to the Allied victory, including a restored Boeing B-17G “Flying Fortress.”  Other iconic aircraft mounted in the Pavilion are the B25J Mitchell Bomber, the TBM Avenger, the P51, the Corsair F4U and the SBD Dauntless.  Click HERE for a time lapse video of the planes being assembled and raised.
