Jesuit High School hired Mathes Brierre Architects to design a bistro to replace the old bookstore as well as renovate the existing cafeteria. The design is rooted in tradition and boasts a timeless design that embraces Jesuit’s history and reflects their school spirit. The cafeteria has immediately become a  centerpiece of daily student and faculty life.
