The St. Philip Neri Early Learning Center (ELC) emphasizes a playful atmosphere with size-appropriate view portals and ample natural lighting. Four colorful light cannons emit controlled sunlight and cast patterns of changing hue and brightness throughout the day. Teachers are encouraged to collaborate and support each other through an optimized plan featuring visual connection between rooms and access to a shared gathering space which serves as the communal hub of the ELC. This lively Center prioritizes a stimulating and fun learning environment in a high security facility and accommodates 100 students ranging in age from 0-3 years old.
