The Jesuit High School Spring 2017 Renovation Project was a design assist project with Ryan Gootee General Contractors, LLC modernizing 2 buildings on Jesuit’s campus. The Gymnasium renovation was the first phase of the project. The overhaul of the gym included repainting the existing steel structure, scoreboards, basketball goals, locker rooms, restrooms, showers, electrical, low voltage and athletic equipment. The most challenging component to the gym renovation was the addition of a new HVAC system, which the gym has never had. RGGC added HVAC to the 2nd and 3rd floors of the Roussel Building and renovating two classrooms. Like the gym, the 2nd and 3rd floors never had an HVAC system.
