PROGRAM: 7 ACRES

CLIENT: JESUIT HIGH SCHOOL

Jesuit High School hired Mathes Brierre Architects to design a multi-purpose field that could be used for football, soccer, and baseball. Unable to include a competition-grade recreation field on their Carrollton Avenue Campus, Jesuit purchased a 7 acres site on Airline Highway, less than three miles fromĀ campus. Original plans for the facility were altered to reflect the site specific needs designated by zoning and parish regulations. The facility includes a
baseball field, football field, and soccer field. Other amenities include an elevated grandstand with seating for 628, with restrooms, locker rooms and concessions beneath, parking for 233 cars and 2 buses, batting cages, dugouts, multi-use pavilions and storage facilities.
