The new H. Giles Martin Hall is a two-story, 15,000 sf Learning Resource Center, located prominently adjacent to the historic Isaac Delgado Building. Its contextual design solidifies the campus image and provides continuity with
the existing campus aesthetic. The location of the brick clad building begins to allow for the formulation of a new campus quad. The First Floor is home to the Delgado Entrepreneurship Center which provides academic and practical training for those wanting to launch their own business. The Second Floor has classrooms for the Digital Arts program which include classes in graphics, television and music. Computer classrooms are equipped with Smartboards and
overhead projection capabilities. The project is pursuing credits for LEED for Schools 2007.
